If you want to use the same avatar you have on the Ning site just copy the image and upload it here. www.imageshack.us/It's that simple. or you can host your image anywhere you wish. I tried to link from the Ning site, but it didn't work for me. It's worth a try, it may work for you. I may have botched it up somehow.

Building mountain Bike Trails: Sustainable Singletrack is a supplement to the IMBA's guide, Trail Solutions: IMBA's guide to building sweet singletrack. There's also other documentation you can get also. It's a pretty good DVD and it's free. southernindianatrails.awardspace.com/mtb/dvd.htm

Well, we started the day with a tour of the mammoth caves around 10am after that a little lunch and I was good to go. I started out on the trail around 2pm and made it out about 5-6 miles before I had a nice end over that took the wind out of my sails. - had a great time, he trail follows the rolling hills much like Harmonie but not as flat. It was a mix of long mild downhill runs short to moderate climbs. There were a lot of roots and natural rocks to keep things interesting and fun. Not to mention the weather was beautiful. I would rate the trail as easy to moderate. If your ever down to visit mammoth cave, be sure to bring your bike with ya!!!
