Questions about street bikes.

Does anyone ride Road/ Touring bikes ?
I see people riding in groups all the time.

Not sure where they hail from, either Top Spot or the bicycle club in E-ville. Maybe Breck's in Henderson.

Anyway, I was going to create a seperate group in this forum for
road and touring but wasn't sure if there was a general term to cover the "styles"

What would I call it ?
Road Biking ?

Same thing with bmx, not sure what the styles of bmx are either.

I ride road as well in fact we have the road bikes as wall decorations in the living room. as far as a name i'm not real sure but the EBC has A LOT of club rides that leave from all over the evansville area.

I also work with a lady whose whole family races BMX out at burdette so if we want to try and make that section a bit bigger maybe we can print up some flyers and have her set them up at the concession stand or something?

Sorry to bring this post up from the past... but there are a lot of guys in my group that ride more road, including myself. I find I get more saddle time and training in... although I would rather be on the dirt bike, its just easier to take off from the house.

We get about 10-20 regulars together on Saturday morning and ride from USI. As it gets later in the year, like now, then we get more MTB time in.

If you haven't named a column yet, just call it "Roadies"
