Tired, sore, tired......... sore..

Have not rode in a week or so, prior to that I had not hiked in a while.
This weekend I hiked many miles and I'm sore. Guess those muscles have been on standby since I started riding more. Need to find a way to do both

Maybe I need to go to Ferdinand, I damn sure would be walking the bike up the hills. (ha)

I hear you! I did the Rain ride last weekend. 162 miles across Indiana. 8 hours and 45 min with stops.

I plan on riding Ferdinand this week, but it will not be on the SS after that.
