Sorry had to repost this thread which required me to delete the replies. I've copied them below: Nathan - Does anyone have any firsthand experience/pics/info about this trail? I'm going down to Kentucky Lake for a few days in August and want to check it out. Hayes - I've ridden the 11 mile loop several times over the last couple years. Great trails with some fantastic views. Riding the trail counterclockwise (start across from parking lot) put some hills at the end that will work the lungs. I would ride it easy the first time and then hammer it the second go around. Take plenty of water if it is over 85F. It has some road crossing at different points in case you have a break down or run out of water (I was stupid like that once) and can get back to the road way. Steve - One of my favorite trails around this area. Stop at Wood and Wave before hand if you have any questions. The owners are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
