My bike came stock with a 110 / 40mm and I just don't like it at all. My height 6'3" and my bike frame is an XL i have a reasonably long top tube and a lot of seat adjustment. When I took it to scales lake to get a feel for it, it just sucked. going downhill was actually somewhat scary to me. I felt as if I had no control of the steering and all of my weight was too far forward. Most of the time I felt apprehensive about going down some of the hills and almost terrified if I had to turn. Hell, I crashed it trying to make a turn that was not really an issue on the old bike. My old bike has a short stem and I like the feel of it. I don't do a lot of rigorous climbing so i don't see the need for such a long stem. Just curious if anyone has ever had this issue before.

I think the one on my SS is a 90. Other then that it is what ever I have at the time.

I'll have to get a shorter one and see if I like it better. i think it's a combo of that and the fork is a bit rigid.
