I'm usually pretty lucky with ticks. I use 30% deet Deep Forest Off. But last week, I missed getting one off my back. It was where I couldn't feel or see. My wife noticed it, but it had been almost 24 hours since I was at the park. Needless to say, it was already engorged and buried deep. Couldn't get the head out. Now I'm taking antibiotics for 14 days after the doctor used a scalpel to get the rest of the damn thing out.
