Well, we started the day with a tour of the mammoth caves around 10am after that a little lunch and I was good to go. I started out on the trail around 2pm and made it out about 5-6 miles before I had a nice end over that took the wind out of my sails. - had a great time, he trail follows the rolling hills much like Harmonie but not as flat. It was a mix of long mild downhill runs short to moderate climbs. There were a lot of roots and natural rocks to keep things interesting and fun. Not to mention the weather was beautiful. I would rate the trail as easy to moderate. If your ever down to visit mammoth cave, be sure to bring your bike with ya!!!

8-9 miles so I've read. It was listed as an out and back trail but some sites have it as a loop by mixing hiking trails.
Only downside were the fallen trees. Some were huge.
