Rather spontaneously brought it home Sunday- my new Gary Fisher Advance in metallic orange. After curing its mild case of Gilles-itis and throwing some proper tires on it, it rides like a mad thing- I'm still getting used to it. It's a 17.5, so a little bigger than I'm used to, and the seating position's way more aggressive, but I'm already getting better. It's crazy how much faster I am on it... I'm officially in love.

Nice looking bike. One of my friends just bought a Gary Fisher Mullet and he's been really happy with it.

Thanks guys ;D Here're a couple more pics of me and the actual bike, not just a stock photo. Don't laugh at my road bike gear and bare feet, we'd just rolled in from taking the roadies for a spin and I had kicked my shoes off.

So Marshall's bike was overhauled... what about mine? Oh yes, it was too. New seat, cranks, rear cassette, rear derailleur, lock-on grips, cables & housings, wheels, disc brakes, pedals... she's awesome.
